Peringatan HAN Tahun 2025 di Provinsi Kalsel, Anak adalah Bagian Terpenting Pembangunan Bangsa
Peringatan Hari Anak Nasional (HAN) Tahun 2025 di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan berlangsung semarak dan penuh makna. Mengusung semangat desentralisasi, HAN tahun ini dirayakan serentak di seluruh penjuru Indonesia, dengan salah satu pelaksanaannya yang paling menonjol berlangsung di Kalimantan Selatan.
Menteri Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Republik Indonesia, Arifah Fauzi, melalui sambutan yang disampaikan oleh Deputi Bidang Pemenuhan Hak Anak, Pribudiarta Nur Sitepu, menyampaikan bahwa konsep peringatan HAN tahun ini berbeda dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya.
“Peringatan HAN tidak lagi dipusatkan di satu lokasi nasional saja, namun kami mengajak seluruh pihak—pemerintah pusat hingga desa, sekolah, dunia usaha, lembaga masyarakat dan komunitas—untuk turut serta merayakannya di wilayah masing-masing,” ujarnya.
Mengangkat tema nasional “Anak Hebat, Indonesia Kuat Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045”, HAN 2025 menjadi momentum kolektif untuk mengingatkan seluruh elemen bangsa bahwa anak-anak adalah bagian penting dari pembangunan bangsa. Tema ini menjadi penegasan bahwa anak-anak Indonesia memiliki peran sentral dalam mewujudkan masa depan yang gemilang.
“Anak-anak adalah calon pemimpin masa depan yang harus kita persiapkan sejak dini. Mereka tidak hanya perlu unggul secara akademis, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang kuat, empati sosial, dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan,” lanjut Pribudiarta di Kab Hulu Sungai Selatan, Selasa (7/10/2025).
Salah satu kegiatan penting dalam peringatan HAN di Kalimantan Selatan tahun ini adalah Pengukuhan Ayah Bunda Forum Anak Daerah Provinsi dan Kabupaten/Kota se-Kalimantan Selatan. Pengukuhan ini menjadi simbol komitmen pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung partisipasi anak dalam pembangunan serta menjamin pemenuhan hak anak untuk didengar pendapatnya.
“Kami menyambut baik langkah ini. Ini adalah bentuk nyata perhatian dan komitmen para kepala daerah dalam menjadikan anak-anak sebagai subjek pembangunan, bukan hanya sebagai objek kebijakan,” ujar Pribudiarta.
Ayah dan Bunda Forum Anak berperan sebagai pengayom dan pembina Forum Anak di wilayahnya. Forum Anak sendiri telah terbentuk di berbagai tingkatan, dari nasional hingga desa. Di Kalimantan Selatan, Forum Anak Daerah (FAD) telah terbentuk di 13 kabupaten/kota, dan bahkan hingga tingkat desa/kelurahan, menjangkau komunitas paling dasar.
Peringatan HAN ke-41 ini juga membawa enam nilai dasar sebagai fondasi tumbuh kembang anak Indonesia: Berakhlak Mulia, Bahagia, Peduli, Berani, Cerdas, dan Solidaritas. Nilai-nilai ini diharapkan dapat terinternalisasi dalam kehidupan anak sehari-hari sebagai bekal menjadi generasi unggul masa depan.
“HAN bukan sekadar perayaan, tetapi sebuah ajakan bagi kita semua untuk menguatkan komitmen kolektif dalam menjamin hak-hak anak. Baik dalam keluarga, sekolah, masyarakat, maupun dalam sistem pembangunan nasional,” ungkap Pribudiarta dalam sambutannya.
Forum Anak berperan penting dalam mendorong partisipasi anak sebagai Pelopor dan Pelapor (2P). Di dalam forum ini, anak-anak diberi ruang untuk menyuarakan pendapat, menyampaikan aspirasi, hingga turut dalam perencanaan dan evaluasi kebijakan yang menyangkut kehidupan mereka.
Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak mencatat, saat ini telah terbentuk 34 Forum Anak Provinsi, 486 Forum Anak Kabupaten/Kota, 3.073 Forum Anak Kecamatan dan 13.273 Forum Anak Desa/Kelurahan
Melalui Forum Anak, pembangunan yang dilakukan pemerintah diharapkan lebih tepat sasaran, sesuai dengan kebutuhan nyata anak-anak.
HAN 2025 juga menjadi pengingat bahwa setiap anak berhak atas perlindungan dari kekerasan, diskriminasi, dan perundungan, serta berhak tumbuh dalam lingkungan yang aman, mendukung, dan penuh kasih sayang.
“Kami berharap kegiatan hari ini menjadi penggerak untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih ramah anak, bebas dari diskriminasi dan kekerasan dalam bentuk apapun,” tegas Pribudiarta.
Peringatan HAN di Kalimantan Selatan 2025 bukan hanya acara seremonial, tetapi momentum strategis untuk menggalang kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dunia usaha, dan media dalam menciptakan ekosistem ramah anak. Karena pada akhirnya, masa depan Indonesia terletak di pundak anak-anak hari ini.
